One address, answered by the person who wrote the plugin: abdelrahman@kerdawy.dev. Expect a reply within two working days.
Write from the email address you paid from and say you need the key resent. That address is the only proof needed, and it is the only way the key can be matched to a purchase.
Within 14 days of purchase, ask and it is done — no explanation needed. Either write to the address above or request it through Polar, whichever is easier. The key stops working once the refund goes through.
Three things cause this, in order of likelihood:
That is usually the plugin working. The preview names a reason on every declined item — published by this file, inside a component, a main component, locked, or referenced by something you cannot see from where you are standing. Send the reason text and what you expected, and you will get a straight answer about which of those it was.
What makes a report immediately actionable:
Please do not send the file itself. Nothing about your file is ever transmitted by the plugin, and support does not want a copy of your work in an inbox. A screenshot of the preview panel is almost always enough.
Undo first — one Apply is one undo step — and if the undo window is gone, restore the version in Figma's version history. Then write, and include what the preview had said it would do. A destructive operation that did something its own preview did not list is the most serious kind of bug this plugin can have, and it will be treated that way.
