Plain terms for a $15 plugin. Read the two sections about backups and liability even if you skip the rest — they are the ones that matter.
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the paid operations of the Batchwright Figma plugin. One payment, no expiry, no renewal. The licence is for one person; use it on as many machines as you personally work on. It is not a site licence and may not be resold, shared or published.
The ten chore operations are free and always will be. They do not require a key.
US$15, charged once. Polar Software Inc. is the merchant of record: they take the payment, handle tax, and appear on your statement and your invoice. Their terms apply to the transaction itself — polar.sh/legal/terms.
Within 14 days of purchase, ask and you get your money back. Write to abdelrahman@kerdawy.dev from the address you paid from, or request it through Polar. No explanation is needed. A refunded licence key stops working.
The licence key is the credential. Anyone who has it can unlock the plugin, so treat it the way you would treat a password. If you lose it, support will send it back to the email address the purchase was made from. If you believe a key has been shared or leaked, say so and it will be replaced and the old one retired.
Batchwright previews every operation before it writes, refuses to act on a file it cannot read completely, and every Apply is a single undo step. That is real protection, and it is not a substitute for Figma's version history. Before a large destructive operation on a file that matters, name a version in Figma first. Deleted styles and variables cannot be recovered by this plugin once the undo step is gone.
The plugin is provided as it is. It is not warranted to be free of defects, to work with every future version of Figma, or to be fit for a particular purpose. Figma is a third-party platform; if it changes its API, removes a capability or blocks the plugin, that is outside this service's control.
The service may be unavailable at times. If the licence server cannot be reached, the plugin falls back to the free tier rather than unlocking — it will never grant paid features it could not verify, and it will never lock you out of the free chores.
To the extent the law allows, total liability for any claim arising from the plugin or this service is limited to the amount you paid — US$15. That specifically includes lost work, lost time, lost files and lost revenue. If your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, those rights stand and nothing here removes them.
Do not resell or redistribute the plugin or a key, do not attempt to bypass the licence check, and do not use the service to attack the server or other customers. A licence used this way is revoked without a refund.
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them, and a change never retracts a licence already bought. You may stop using the plugin at any time. This licence ends only if it is revoked for the reasons above, or refunded at your request.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of their own country of residence.
